Abercrombie & Fitch Haul

Abercrombie & Fitch’s recent 50% off site-wide sale was the opportunity I needed to do some much needed retail therapy. Several orders later (and several lengthy shipping delays), my bedroom resembled the inside of an Abercrombie & Fitch warehouse. I narrowed down my $1,000+ haul to an edit of spring pieces, summer pieces, cozy pieces, and some new denim. Here’s what I picked up:

Satin Lace Bodysuit (Light Brown) $22.50 – You’ll find that there’s a recurring theme within this haul – and that’s bodysuits. They’re easy to pair with shorts, skirts, skinny jeans, etc. and they are the perfect summer staple. This floaty satin lace bodysuit is the perfect go-to top for a night out. I love the details, such as the lace around the edges and the tiny buttons, as well as the shade. Gorgeous.

Sleeveless Wrap Bodysuit (Black) $17.50 – This bodysuit is so flattering and comfortable. It’s the perfect cute fitted top to tuck into denim shorts or any other bottom you have in mind. It also has these cute knotted sleeve details you can’t see very well here. I could see myself bringing this top with me on vacation (especially in a tropical climate, like last summer when I visited Hawaii) to wear as an all-day outfit.

Drapey Cowl Neck Bodysuit (Light Brown) $17.50 – This bodysuit is a slinky, barely there, delicate number that just slims right over your body. The cowl neck is a sultry detail that shows a bit more chest than your standard neckline. It’s the perfect night out piece and I’d had my eye on it for a whole. So happy I scooped it up for just $17.50.

Ribbed Bikini Top & High Cut Brazilian Bikini Bottom (Yellow) $37 – I tried this bikini on at the Abercrombie & Fitch at Roosevelt Field Mall and I made a mental note to buy it if it ever went on sale. I really like the underwire top, which supports my chest and pushes everything up and out, while the soft cups support my body and shows my real curves. (Scroll down to see how it looks on me.) The bottoms are very revealing so I’m going to have to lose at least 5-10 pounds before showcasing that.

Off-The-Shoulder Slim Top $22.50 – I’m a big fan of the quintessential off-the-shoulder top that showcases your shoulders, collarbone, and chest. It’s dainty and feminine and ever so slightly revealing (while still staying sweet). It creates a very damsel in distress silhouette and I’m here for it. The one I bought was actually in red but they no longer have it on the site (scroll down to see it on me).

Snap-Up Tank (Light Brown) $14.50 – At this point in my life, I’m looking for pieces that elevate my wardrobe, and this tank top does it. From the color, to the snap-up buttons, to the durable, ribbed material, this tank goes one step beyond the average tank. It’s the perfect casual top to pair with a pair of denim shorts and and keeps me feeling slim and supported, not to mention the deep scoop neckline which adds a little flirtiness.

High-Low Logo Crew Sweatshirt (Light Pink) $24.50 – If it’s one thing A&F does right, it’s cozy-casual pieces, which I am always looking to add more of to my collection. This sweatshirt features my favorite colors (I will take blush pinks, nudes, and mauves any day of the week) and has that relaxed fit that makes it easy to pair with shorts, leggings, etc. The logo isn’t obnoxious, and I actually like the lettering across the front.

High-Low Crew Sweatshirt (Light Grey) $24.50 – This is the same exact sweatshirt but in grey. (I told you I like my cozy pieces.)

Asymmetrical Snap-Up Sherpa Fleece (White) $34 – Switching gears entirely, the A&F sale was Abercrombie’s opportunity to get rid of some end-of-winter pieces, and I scooped up this sherpa fleece top. It’s a cozy cream fleece with some gray accent details and paneling, and it just called out to me as a substantial, distinct, and firmly comfy piece to add to my collection.

Split-Neck Logo Hoodie (Tan) $29.50 – The last of the tops is this split-neck logo hoodie in another favorite color scheme of mine, cream and beige. It’s a very relaxed, slightly boxy fit that, somehow, is both cropped and oversized at the same time. Wrap your head around that. I think you’ll see what I mean if you scroll down. I’m envisioning it as part of my sprint to summer, summer to fall wardrobe.

Mid Rise Boyfriend Shorts – $59, Mid Rise Stretch Shorts $29.50, High Rise Mom Shorts (Medium Destroy) $29.50

I did use the sale as an opportunity to pick up some denim shorts. I think I ordered 10-15 denim shorts and only kept these THREE!

I’m pissed that I didn’t realize this pair of white shorts was NOT included in the sale and that it was $59.

Seen above: slightly blurry try-ons, hence why I decided to use the product photos from the website. I really need to take my Canon to be serviced once all this COVID-19 crap is over.

Thank you so much for reading my blog post! I hope you enjoyed seeing what I picked up during this very rare sale. Are you doing any quarantine shopping yourself? I’d love to read about it in the comments section below. Until next time! xo
